First day in Barcelona

We arrived a little late last night (1.5 hour delay in the second flight). Fortunately the kids found an airplane shaped playground in the Oslo airport that entertained them for 4 hours!  They were generally very well behaved on the long flight to Oslo, although we only got about 4-5 hours of sleep.

We arrived in Barcelona minus the double stroller and our duffel with all our clothing. Fortunately I had made sure everyone packed a change of clothes and toothbrushes and the kids wore their pajamas on the plane. We got to our rental apartment, ate ramen (packed ahead because I knew we would get in too late for restaurants) and went to sleep.

Today we checked out the nearby market where we drank fresh juices and bought ham and cheeses and a baguette for a picnic lunch.

Next we took the teleferic to the top of montjuic.

Where we explored the castle
And ate lunch.

Then home to the apartment for nap and clothes shopping (hoping our travel insurance will pay for itself here), and a nice tapas restaurant for dinner.

Now back at the apartment and hoping to get to bed soon!   Double stroller showed up but no sign of the clothing yet.
